1. The service
PreviewMySmile generates AI smile simulations from photos you upload, offered directly to you or through a participating dental practice's branded page. Contact: info@previewmysmile.com.
2. Not medical advice
Previews are illustrative simulations only. They are not a medical prediction, diagnosis, treatment plan, or guarantee of any outcome. Actual results of any dental treatment vary and can only be assessed by a qualified dental professional. Nothing in this service creates a provider-patient relationship with us.
3. Your content
You confirm you are 18+, the photos you upload are of you, and you consent to AI processing to generate your preview. You keep ownership of your photos; you grant us the limited licence needed to process, store, watermark, and display them to you and your chosen practice per our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
No uploading photos of other people without their consent, no unlawful, harmful, or abusive use, and no attempts to circumvent security or rate limits. We may suspend access for misuse.
5. For practices
Practices using the platform are responsible for their own patient communications and professional obligations. Platform subscriptions and terms for practices are set out in their service agreement with us.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to CAD $100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
